How it Works
➤ Step 1: Let’s Talk
We’ll start by discussing your vision—colors, mood, composition, and any personal elements you’d like to include. Whether you want something bold and striking or soft and atmospheric, this is the time to refine the concept.
➤ Step 2: Sketch & Approval
Based on our discussion, Mariah creates a sketch of your painting. This is your chance to review and request adjustments. You’ll receive multiple sketch options and as many feedback rounds as needed to make sure it’s exactly what you envision.
➤ Step 3: Payment & Preparation
The full payment is required before Mariah begin's sketching. If you decide not to proceed after receiving the sketch, you’ll receive a full refund. However, once the sketch is approved and payment is made, refunds are no longer possible.
➤ Step 4: Painting in Progress
We'll send you progress photos along the way, so you can see your piece come to life. Any small refinements can still be made during this stage.
➤ Step 5: Completion & Shipping
Once the painting is finished, We’ll carefully package your artwork for shipping—fully insured and protected to arrive safely at your door. Shipping is priority, so your painting is usually delivered within a day or two.

Certificate of Authenticity
Every original painting comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity, verifying that your artwork is a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted piece by Mariah Birsak. This certificate includes the painting's title, dimensions, materials used, and the artist’s signature.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Every custom painting is made entirely by hand—built, stretched, and painted from scratch. This process will take 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. Once completed, your artwork is carefully packaged, insured, and shipped with priority delivery. Most paintings arrive within 1-3 business days after shipping.
You'll receive tracking details as soon as your painting is on its way. If you need any special arrangements, feel free to reach out before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
Because custom paintings are made exclusively for you, they cannot be returned or refunded once approved and completed. However, before Mariah starts painting, you’ll receive multiple sketches and revision rounds to make sure you're 100% happy with the design.
If for any reason you decide not to proceed with the painting before sketch approval, you can request a full refund. Once you approve the final sketch, the payment is non-refundable, as materials and time are fully dedicated to creating your one-of-a-kind piece.
