How long does delivery take?

Art prints
Shipped within 3-5 business days in Europe and 4-6 business days worldwide.

Original paintings
Require up to 1 week for preparation, with delivery taking up to 3 business days.

Custom paintings
Timeline depends on the complexity, but most commissions take 3-4 weeks to complete before shipping.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its journey.

Where do you ship from?

All prints and paintings are shipped from Europe. Prints are made to order and sent via our trusted printing partners, while original paintings are carefully packaged and shipped from our studio.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Cancellations & Returns

Can I cancel my order?

Prints
Orders can be cancelled before production starts. Once the printing process begins, cancellations are no longer possible. If you need to cancel or make changes, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Original paintings 
Cancellations are allowed within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, preparation and shipping begin, and cancellations are no longer possible.

Custom paintings
Commissions can be cancelled before the sketch is approved, in which case you will receive a refund. However, once you approve the sketch and the painting process begins, cancellations are not possible.

If you need to make changes to an order, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Can I return my order?

Prints
If you’ve changed your mind about your print or frame, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply contact us, and we’ll provide you with the return address.

  • The item must be unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items.
  • For exchanged items, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Please use a tracked or registered shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

This policy does not affect your statutory legal rights.

Original paintings & Custom paintings
Due to the custom nature of these pieces, all sales are final. However, if your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days, and we’ll find a suitable solution.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Print
We take every precaution to ensure your artwork arrives safely. If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply send us a few photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Painting & Custom Painting
In the rare event that your painting arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply provide a few clear photos, and we’ll arrange a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

What materials do you use?

Prints
High-quality prints on archival paper, ensuring museum-grade quality and longevity.

Original paintings
Hand-painted with premium acrylic paint on linen canvas, stretched on handmade wooden frames. Each piece is framed by hand and finished with care.

Do prints come signed?

No, prints are open edition and do not come signed or numbered.

Do original paintings come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes, all original paintings include a Certificate of Authenticity, verifying that your artwork is a unique, hand-painted piece.

Commissions & Custom Pieces

Can I order a custom painting?

Yes! Commissions are available for collectors looking for something unique and personal. Custom paintings are built from scratch—hand-stretched canvas, handmade frames, and an original painting tailored to your vision. Find more information here

How does the commission process work?

  • We’ll discuss your ideas, including colors, size, and composition.
  • You’ll receive multiple sketch options for feedback before we finalize the design.
  • The full payment is required before Mariah begin's sketching. If you decide not to proceed after receiving the sketch, you’ll receive a full refund. However, once the sketch is approved and payment is made, refunds are no longer possible.
  • Mariah starts painting and keeps you updated with progress photos.
  • Once completed, your painting will be securely packaged and shipped with priority delivery.
