Delivery
Each original painting is carefully prepared for shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please allow up to 1 week for us to package and prepare your artwork. Delivery within Europe takes 3 business days, while international delivery times may vary. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its journey.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, the painting enters the preparation and shipping process, making cancellations no longer possible. If you need to make changes, please reach out as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of original paintings, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any questions before purchasing, feel free to contact us for guidance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take every precaution to ensure your artwork arrives safely. In the rare event that your painting arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply provide a few clear photos, and we’ll arrange a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
